 Welcome to Third Grade!!!!  2010-2011

I have many fun learning activities planned for your children this year.  I am looking forward to getting to know everyone.  Please feel free to contact me by e-mail or phone call (452-4276) at any time.  I will get back to you as soon as possible.

It was so nice to meet many of you at our Beginning of School meeting.  There are a few things I forgot to mention:

1.  Birthdays---If you would like to send in a treat for the class that is fine with me.  A treat is always appreciated.  We have 23 in our class.  One child is allergic to milk.

2.  There will be no homework the first week of school.  We will be doing all of our homework in school so that the children know what is expected in the coming year.

You are always welcome in our classroom at any time.  Please, however, stop at the office first and have them call up to me, expecially first thing in the morning.  Thank you

A HUGE THANK YOU to Mr. and Mrs. Dinner for the games four our classroom.  The students were so surprised.  Your gift is truly appreciated

Blueberry picking--Coon's farm has informed Miss Hund that because of the hot weather, their crop matured early and they have picked the entire crop.  Therefore, unfortunately, the third grade will not be going blueberry picking this year. Miss Hund is busy looking for another community service project for our students.
