Liturgical Ministries

Altar Servers are youths in grades 4 - 12 who desire to assist the priest during the liturgy. Training is provided. Please watch the bulletins for dates of new altar server trainings.

Lectors proclaim the Word of God at the Liturgy and lead the intercessions.

Eucharistic Ministers assist with the distribution of the Precious Body and Blood of Jesus. Some Eucharistic Ministers also take Communion to our homebound parishioners.

Ministers of Hospitality (Ushers) greet parishioners as they arrive at the Church, collect the offertory and distribute the bulletins at the end of the Liturgy.

Worship Environment Committee arranges the Cathedral for the liturgical seasons of Advent, Christmas, Lent and Easter.
